Ant-hole
We were assigned to find organisms , thus we found ant-holes in
the grass patches. We saw many ants and creepy-crawlys crawling in
and out of the hole bringing back food for the queen-ants. There we also traces of leaves that had holes , we can presume that it might have been
eaten by the caterpillar.
Leaf-litter
We were assigned to find organisms in there habitat , thus we found
shells of snails , millipede , red ants and some other organisms which
we could not identify. As these organisms live in the leaf-litter ,
i can presume that thier living conditions must be dark , moist and dense.
Log
We found traces of holes in the log and thus we predict that a caterpillar
might be living there. There was also spider webs and therefore spiders might also be living in it. The log has a shady area , moist and dense thus this
are the suitable conditions for these organisms.
